Our website may include campaign actions from time to time which will direct you to campaigns organised by other entities on other websites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those websites, and we do not take responsibility for the nature, content or privacy policies of those websites. 1. When you support us via a third party

In some cases, your information may be shared with us by another organisation, for example fundraising sites like PayPal or Just Giving. These independent third parties should only do so when you have indicated that you wish to support the Jane Goodall Institute Global [and have indicated you are willing for that third party to share your data].

Your information may be shared with us by another company or organisation if you have indicated you are willing for that company or other organisation to share your data with third parties. What personal data do we collect about you?

Personal data that we collect and process could include details such as:

• Basic / contact information – your name, postal address, phone number and email address;
• Profile Data – your username and password, purchases or orders made by you, your interests, preferences, feedback and survey responses;
• Financial information – details about payments from you and other details of products and services you have purchased from us. Please note: we do not store any credit card or bank details;
• Marketing and Communications preferences – such as your preferences in receiving information from us or our third parties, and your communication preferences, feedback and survey responses;
• Technical information – information from your visits to our website or in relation to materials and communications we send to you. We must have a legal basis for processing your personal data. We consider that we have a legal basis where:

• Consent: You have given us consent to do so for the specific purposes which we have told you about. For example, to provide you with services you have requested like billing you or contacting you about donations, or to provide you with information that may be of interest to you if you have agreed to receive it. • Performance of contract: It is necessary for a contract we have with you (for example like providing you with services you have requested), or because you have asked us to take specific steps before entering into a contract;

• Legitimate interests: It is for our legitimate interests, where such interests are not outweighed by your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms which require protection of personal data. If you choose not to receive this information we will be unable to keep you informed of events, our work or new merchandise that may interest you.

We undertake regular reviews of those who have access to information that we hold to ensure that your information is only accessible by appropriately trained Jane Goodall Institute Global staff, volunteers and contractors.
